Nichkhun: You’re an amazing cook. 

Victoria: I haven’t started with anything yet.

Victoria: I’m worried about your members’ reaction on my cooking. I haven’t really cooked for a big crowd or something :) can you tell? I’m being nervous right now.

Nichkhun: Oh really? I can’t tell. Because you still look beautiful.

Victoria: Whatever cheesy guy.

Nichkhun: The guys, you don’t have to worry about. They’ll eat anything on the top of the table even when they don’t know what it is.

Victoria: What are you guys looking at?

Nichkhun: Just the 4 of us. The others have prior engagement I guess. I invited them all but yeah.

Luna: Did you cook anything for Victoria yet?

Nichkhun: I love making sandwiches. Even the dorm, it’s like awkward to make only for myself with them looking at me like I want that too look.

Nichkhun: (Call) Hello! Honey?
Victoria: Yes honey. Hello? Oh why did you call?
Nichkhun: I went to our house to check if you’re there but you weren’t and yeah I found a mail. You’re license examination result. I have them here now. I haven’t opened it yet though. Are you kind of free today?
Victoria: Yes I’m  actually free today. We just finished recording. Where should we meet?
Nichkhun: Are you ok? Not tired or something? I’ll just give you a ride from your dorm to our house. Maybe a little bit later since you’re kind of tired, I guess. Just give it a rest first.
Victoria: Alright then. No, I’m not really tired. Maybe a little food will help me though. How about you? Are you free?
Nichkhun: Yes. I finished everything that I have to do this morning. I’m free now. I’ll be going there in about 2…no like 3 hours.
Victoria: Alright. That’s perfect. See you! :) Honey.
Nichkhun: See you honey.
Victoria: Take care ok? I’ll cook for you later. And can’t you see through the mail? I’m really nervous.
Nichkhun: Ahh…not really. It’s confidential. I guess.
Both: Laugh
Nichkhun: You’ll do good. Don’t worry. I can feel it radiating.

Victoria: What do you want to eat?
Nichkhun: Anything you want to make. :) I'm sure it'll be awesome. Anything from the heart, yeah?

Camera man: Where are you planning to take her today?
Nichkhun: I’m not sure. I’ll probably take her to the seaside since she’s planning to cook for me. Maybe we’ll have some ice cream later there.
Camera man: What do you think she’ll be cooking for you today?
Nichkhun: I don’t know. Probably some Chinese food. When I was in China, I really gained weight because I ate a lot of food there and I can’t really control myself eating. Everything is just so delicious.

(Victoria’s side)

Victoria: I’ll be going to the supermarket now. Can you come with me?
Camera man: Sure thing.
Victoria: You need not bring the camera, I just don’t know how to get there. Need directions.
Both: Laugh
Camera man: I’ll just bring the camera then.
Victoria: :D Ok.
Luna: You’re not going with us?
Victoria: I just a call from my husband.
Luna: :D Stop it. I’m getting super jealous now.

Luna: Is Victoria in? His husband’s car is already outside. I guess.
Krystal: I think she’s preparing inside our room. I’ll get her.
Luna: Yeah. Nice car don't you say?

Krystal: Your husband is here already.
Victoria: He’s in?
Krystal: He’s not here literally but he's outside. With his awesome car of course.
Victoria: I see. Alright I’m coming out now. Hold on I’ll just get the ingredients for my little cooking session later.

Nichkhun: Hi! :)
Victoria: How is it going?
Nichkhun: It’s going good with me. I sent you a message yesterday. Did you receive it?
Victoria: Yes. I wasn’t able to reply but I saw it, did you expect a reply?
Nichkhun: I didn’t ask anything so no I weren’t. :) But I was wishing you would.
Victoria: I was intending to reply but I don’t know what happened. When I went home, I didn’t know I haven’t sent anything back and I realized it was too late to send a reply. I'm really sorry.
Nichkhun: It’s quite alright. No worries.

(Inside the Khuntoria’s house)

Nichkhun: Here’s the mail. :)
Victoria: Oh my. My heart pumped like mad when you said that. :D What should I do?
Nichkhun: You’ll be alright. You can open it now.
Victoria: Should I really be the one to open it? I think I’m gonna faint.
Both: Laugh

(Victoria opens the mail)

It says:

Dearest applicant,

We are happy to announce that you passed the licensure examination. Attached in this mail is a list of do’s and don’ts when you are driving in the country of South Korea. You are expected to practice safe driving at all times. See you on the road!

(Victoria really happy)

Victoria: I can’t believe it! Wow, really?
Nichkhun: I told you! I told you, you did well. Congratulations! :)
Victoria: Thank you! :)
Nichkhun: We should have like a simple celebration.
Victoria: You think so?
Nichkhun: Why don’t we do it today? Do the girls have anything to do today? Probably tonight? The guys are pretty much free tonight and they’ll probably be hungry since they’re going to the gym now.
Victoria: Yeah they’re free for the rest of the day now. Yeah maybe so they can also see our house. But we should buy more stuff since I just brought with me that’s good for us 2.
Nichkhun: Alright then. :) Are you alright though?
Victoria: I’m excellent.
Nichkhun: Fantastic!

Nichkhun: I stand corrected :) Only 3 of them can go. The other will be shooting a commercial very early tomorrow so they have to rest.
Victoria: I see. Well that’s alright. The girls are all coking. :)

Victoria: I got a missed call. I don’t know from who this. Should I call back or what?
Nichkhun: Maybe. You should just text and ask who that person is first. Well it’s not that you give your numbers easily for others to know right?

This is one of the producers and I got a call from the other producer saying that the hearts that contain your bows got stolen. Still no leads who did it. Have a nice day.

Victoria: Why did they do that? That’s not right!
Nichkhun: That’s really very disappointing.
Victoria: But even so, our bows remain right?
Nichkhun: Of course it does. We should lock our love on the Seoul Tower :D
Victoria: Maybe we should soon. :)

(Licensure examination)

Nichkhun: Are you feeling nervous? Are you okay?
Victoria: I’m not. I’m a little bit nervous yeah. Can't take my head off it since yesterday.
Nickhun: It’s gonna be alright. You prepared all week for this. Trust yourself. That's all you can do.
Victoria: I’m not very nervous on the written side but the practical side, the thought of it is killing me. Like, serious stuff.
Nichkhun: Don’t be too nervous. You’re gonna do well. I'm sure you're not bad of a driver after all.
Victoria: Yeah I hope so.
Nichkhun: Why are you wearing that kind of top (off shoulder) today?
Victoria: What? (Laugh)
Nichkhun: It’s getting off all the time. Fix it.
Victoria: It’s supposed to work that way. How will I fix it? :D
Nichkhun: Tie it or something like that.
Both: Laugh
Nichkhun: Don’t be too nervous. I think that’s the key.
Victoria: Yeah I think so. You’re gonna watch me, right?
Nichkhun: I’m just gonna be here watching and cheering for you. Cheering for your success.
Victoria: Yeah thank you so much. Can’t you ride with me there?
Nichkhun: Although I'd love to, That’s not legal (laugh).

(Nichkhun watching Victoria driving)

Camera man: Is she doing well?
Nichkhun: Yes. I think she’s doing really well. She’s doing really good I can’t say anything.

(After the examination)

Nichkhun: You did really well. :)
Victoria: My hands were shaking awhile ago and the person I was with was looking at me like I’m doing something wrong so I was really very cautious. I don’t think I did that well.
Nichkhun: You don’t have to worry. It’s gonna be alright :) ah let’s eat then. I think there are places we can choose from around.
Victoria: Let’s go, yeah.

(Walking out of the office)

Nichkhun: It’s gonna be alright :) don’t think about it. You’ll get your license in 24 hours. :D
Victoria: Yeah I hope so :)
Nichkhun: Of course you will. There are restaurants here because there are like a lot of hungry examiners after and those who are trying to divert their nervousness to something else like eating and stuff.
Victoria: I think I’m gonna finish everything you let me eat today.
Both: Laugh
Nichkhun: Let’s see. There’s Chinese, Persian and what’s this? I think seafood? Yeah, I think so.
Victoria: Where do you want to eat?
Nichkhun: I think I like seafood sort of.
Victoria; I like seafood too.
Both: Laugh
Nichkhun: Wow it smells really wonderful here.
Victoria: I know. Smells like the ocean.
Nichkhun: I really like that kind of smell. My mum doesn’t want that food smell like she will spray neutralizer or even perfume and it wouldn’t really blend well with the strong food smell so the kitchen would smell like I don’t know. Intolerable.
Victoria: In our dorm, I cook a lot right? Krystal would always spray perfume after so it’s the same (laugh) everyone would like go inside the room and lock it so they wouldn’t be able to smell the perfume. Krystal included.
Both: Laugh
Victoria: I hate it when she do that. It annoys everyone and it annoys her.
Both: Laugh
Nichkhun: Maybe she likes annoying herself.
Both: Laugh
Nichkhun: You decide what we’ll eat.
Victoria: Why me?
Nichkhun: Because you’re the lady in this relationship. You can do it.

Victoria: In eating, we should always have a complete meal. So let’s start with the appetizer. (Choose) I think Crispy Oyster Chips is good. Then the rice. Do you eat rice?
Nichkhun: Yes. I love rice. I think typical Asians eat rice. Even when I was still in the US, we eat rice most of the time.
Victoria: In China, like almost everytime, there would be Fried Rice. Yeah, I think Asian love rice. Let’s go with (choose) they all look so delicious though (choose) alright I think I like Crab Rice.
Nichkhun: That really sounds interesting. I mean, I never herd of that. I wonder.
Victoria: I know right? Do you like seafood?
Nichkhun: I love seafood. Do you?
Victoria: I love seafood too.
Both: Laugh
Victoria: The main course then (choose) Giant Prawns?
Nichkhun: I love prawns.
Victoria: Me too! Let’s just have that since we have Crab Rice anyways. Anything you want to add?
Nichkhun: I think I want the Hot Pot I think they all have the seafood there and stuff. Let’s just have the regular and share because it looks really big.
Victoria: Alright :) everything looks really big actually (laugh) they’re like all good for sharing.
Nichkhun: It’s alright. We can finish that together.
Both: Laugh
Victoria: Of course we can.
Both: Laugh
Nichkhun: What’s your favorite Korean food?
Victoria: Me? I think I like Jjapchae the most. Chinese people loves noodles. Although the consistency of Jjapchae is kind of different, I still like it. What’s your favorite food?
Nichkhun: Not being bias or whatsoever but I think Pad Thai is still the best.
Victoria: That’s really delicious. I like it with chicken.
Nichkhun: I like mine with like seafood.
Both: Laugh
Victoria: I know how to make one. I’ll make one for you next time. :)
Nichkhun: Yes you should. :D

(Food came in one by one. The two talking all the way.)

Victoria: It was really good. I think this rice is the best that I’ve tasted so far.
Nichkhun: Yeah me too I think I like the chips it’s like junk but it can be healthy too. I used to eat a lot of processed chips and I always thought that healthy chips taste like shitty but I like this one.
Victoria: Me too

Victoria (F(x)) and Nichkhun (2PM). Part 2/5.

Flashback: Nichkhun already met his wife, Victoria of F(x) and they did the first task which is to lock their love with their message on it at the top of Victoria building.

Victoria: I'm done with my writing. Are you done too? Can I read yours?

Nichkhun: Really? Only if you let me read yours :)

Victoria: Sure :) Hold on let me check if wrote something crazy.

(Backstage interview)

Nichkhun: I was really really nervous when I got the invitation. More so when I got the venue. I surely missed the clue that the director gave and I think that was because of like over thinking. When I got in the building, It was very fun at first, but deep inside it’s really not. I didn’t have any idea who my wife would be. It’s not a good feeling either. I told myself that whoever would she be, I’d be very thankful and I will treat her as my real wife. I just feel like I betrayed her now. I mean, Victoria. Because whenever I encountered a girl in the lobby of that venue, I always felt like “is she my wife?” And I’m really very disgusted to myself for that. I’m really very happy to meet Victoria. I think she’s a really good woman. And that she'd be a good wife.

Victoria: They made me wait upstairs to wait for my husband. I missed the clue! The camera man would always ask me something like "isn't it 2 pm yet?" I think he asked me that for about 10 or so times. I should have known. It was really frustrating when the elevator opens because I’m always very suspicious that the guy who’ll come out is my husband. There were about 5 guys who I suspected. I felt very guilty awhile ago. I think he’s a great great guy, Nichkhun. I wish to be happy with him. And I’m sure we will be happy together. Hopefully.

(Official house)

Victoria: Wow!! It’s so beautiful here. I like it. I like the feel. It's so fresh! 

Nichkhun: Beautiful like you, of course. People would know that it's yours because you look like it.

Victoria: You have a really good choice with the interiors. Did you choose it yourself?

Nichkhun: Of course. Of course not. This is the first time I saw it too.

Both: Laugh

Victoria: We should clean a little bit. And fill the refrigerator at least. It's just water in there.

Nichkhun: Victoria. Do you cook?

Victoria: Yeah, I do. I’m pretty okay with cooking.

Nichkhun: I’m so lucky! I like to eat. But I don't cook.

Victoria: Boys are really pig.

Both: Laugh

Nichkhun: Yeah. Boys like to eat.

Victoria: That's what I meant. 

Both: Laugh

Victoria: My brother likes to eat a lot. Like, really a lot. Sometimes I don't know what's wrong with them.

(Two hours later)

Nichkhun: Should we shop for stuff as well? It looks like an empty house for some reason.

Victoria: Yeah, I think so. We should write things first so it’ll be very easy for us later and not to like spend to much buying non-sense.

Nichkhun: Yeah?

Victoria: Are you okay with that?

Nichkhun: Yeah, I just didn’t expect for you to be that organized. My sister stays as long as the mall is open.

Both: Laugh

Victoria: Get used to it. I’m really like this. Kind of  compulsive. 

Nichkhun: Nah, it’s ok. I just thought girls are all shopaholic.

Victoria: We are shopaholic but it depends. When it comes to things at home, I usually write things to buy so I’ll know what I’m lacking or whatnot. If I tend to buy a raw food that's not cooked, it'll probably get spoiled and wasted. If I buy things for home that isn't really needed, it'll just consume the space and the home would feel like less spacious. 

Nichkhun: I see :) Interesting. My sister buys what she can everytime so I don’t really know about others. I think my sister is the only I've spent most of my time when I am still able to like, go out and enjoy outdoors so yeah I don't really know.

Both: Laugh

(Shopping)

Victoria: In shopping, you have to consider what your priority is. In our case, I will be preparing Chinese Fried Rice later at dinner so I put them all on top. 

Nichkhun: Yes.

Both: Laugh

Victoria: Let’s keep going. If you saw things that you like, put them in the cart.

Nichkhun: No need to show it to you? :D

Victoria: (Laugh) If it’s food, no need to show it to me. Money spent on food is a money well spent. Some Chinese philosophy for you.

Both: Laugh

Victoria: When we’re shopping, I always tell the girls to be wise and so I’ll check their stuff. But if it’s food, no problem.

Nichkhun: And are they okay with that?

Victoria: They have no choice. I’m the leader of the group. Everything I say is important.

Both: Laugh 

Victoria: Just kidding. Do you shop with the guys?

Nichkhun: Shopping isn’t really our activity. We do shop individually and such we can only do when on break or something. So people think that we spend too much because we carry a lot of stuff of whatever we need. We were like humored to be buying a lot and spending a lot and wasting a lot of earnings but in fact it's for a year supply. I think some people wouldn't understand how tight our schedule is and stuff like that.

Victoria: Our policy is that we shop together to make sure we spend wisely and not to buy things that we have or we can borrow from each other. It’s also the way we bond. Of course very different for guys. It’s awkward like shopping together isn’t it?

Both: Laugh

Nichkhun: But we do grocery usually by twos. Can’t really hang-out all together. Which is frustrating because if you want to eat a particular food and you can’t remember it prior to other members going to shop, you can’t have it. And we don’t usually bring our phones like in our dorm, there are docks in which we keep our phone and we usually just pick it up if it’s ringing or when we’re all going out together so we can’t really call them to say we like this and that. 

Victoria: Yeah, I see. You guys like to eat together?

Nichkhun: All guys like to eat. We’re pigs you know.

Both: Laugh

Nichkhun: Do you like to eat?

Victoria: Girls like to eat too. It’s just that we’re stricter with our intake.

Nichkhun: It’s ok. From now on, you can eat whatever you want to. You can just stay at home and feed me.

Both: Laugh

Nichkhun: I want for you to rest and just take care of the babies.

Both: Laugh

(30 minutes after)

Victoria: Do you eat kimchi?

Nichkhun: I do. Do you?

Victoria: Yeah, I do. I’ll make some stew then. It’s perfect for the weather.

Nichkhun: Right.

Victoria: I haven’t been cooking because of the busy schedule but I’m really glad I can cook again. I used to help my mom back in China. 

Nichkhun: You can cook for me forever if you want. I don't mind that.

Victoria: I will if that’s what you want.

Both: Laugh

Nichkhun: There’s a good Chinese restaurant nearby, maybe we can eat our lunch there. I think it’s an Asian cuisine in general. My bad.

Nichkhun: Asian cuisine that specializes Chinese cuisine?

Victoria: I’ll show you my favorite Chinese dishes then. 

Nichkhun: Yeah, haha.

Victoria: There are actually a lot of restaurants here that caters Chinese cuisine enthusiasts so it’s not really hard to find one. There’s like one near our apartment and the Chinese lady being unfamiliar of us told us we should eat more because we only ordered 3 dishes and we shared plates like that. It’s also very hard to watch calories when eating outside so we really prefer home made food.

Nichkhun: Are you the only cook?

Victoria: They help me prepare.

Nichkhun: I see. Another girl bonding activity.

Victoria: Indeed.

(On the way to the restaurant)

Victoria: How long have you been driving?

Nichkhun: That’s since I was in Thailand. Mmmm 5 years? Yeah I think so. Do you drive?

Victoria: I drive but I’m not really good at it and I don’t have a license to drive here.

Nichkhun: I’ll help you get one then :)

Victoria: Really? Wow!!
